Food Prep & Machine Operator

We are hiring dependable Machine Operators for second- and third-shift opportunities with a well-established food manufacturing company. This fast-paced, physical position requires regularly lifting and handling heavy ingredients and materials while safely operating production equipment.

Food Prep & Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.75 to $19.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• 2nd and 3rd shifts available:
  • 3pm to 11:30pm 
  • 7pm to 4:30am
• Set up, operate, and monitor food production machinery.
• Lift, pour, and move heavy ingredients and production materials.
• Load materials into machines and maintain a steady production flow.
• Monitor equipment and products for quality and consistency.
• Complete basic equipment adjustments and report mechanical issues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and surrounding work areas.
• Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and production procedures.

Food Prep & Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving for extended periods.
• Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Available to work either second or third shift.
